I purchased a RoKu Ultra. Shipping was slow as I received the item on 9 days later. Opened the USPS package, inspected the box. The seals were broken on both sides of the box. Contacted the seller and explained the situation. Asked for a partial refund, seller agreed to $10. Opened the 2nd layer of the box, discovered the remote wasn’t as advertised on box. Contacted seller, accused me of lying, refused to send the correct remote. “Don’t believe your lying eyes” Buyer Beware!! PayPal dispute!!

I sent this Roku out along with several others that were purchased from other buyers. All were new and sealed. I even sent pictures to eBay showing the roku unit was sealed when we shipped it out. This buyer asked for a partial refund after receiving his roku. Stating that the seal was opened. We agreed to send him a partial refund. Hours later we received negative feedback for a case that was already closed. It's a shame that as a seller on this platform, you are not protected!

Overall I was happy with this purchase. Great seller communication and super fast shipping! However, my $650 lens was shipped in bubble wrap loose in a USPS shipping bag. An item this expensive should have been at least put in a box for protection. Thankfully the item arrived undamaged, so positive experience overall.
