Product Information

Bandai's follow-up to its 2002 fighting game on PlayStation offers GameCube owners four-player action and a total of 49 characters from the first four seasons of the Digimon television series. Single-player fighting involves advancing through a series of 3D opponents and high-powered boss encounters, while multiplayer competition has up to four players competing simultaneously on the same screen. As in the original game, the battle arenas offer distinct hazards and obstacles to avoid while challenging rivals.<br><br>The goal is to earn as many "Digi-points" as possible by using special moves and combo attacks on opponents. These points help evolve the digital monster into a new, more powerful version. Conversely, players on the receiving end of attacks will lose points, which in turn causes the Digimon to de-evolve into a lesser entity. The action takes place amidst sunny meadows, underground caverns, futuristic spaceports, and more as players attempt to unlock secret Digimon while improving their own.

The game has been giving me hick-ups since I got it, but I am dealing with it because it fit the description of the seller, so its more on me for buying it. The game was shipped a little poorly in my opinion but still made it here in th condition promised so not really a big deal.     I love it

    This game is honestly, just as good as super smash brothers. If they had put the characters from the next digimon rumble game in this one and maybe had a digimon world like story mode then it would've easily surpassed smash brothers. All in all, great family fighting game.

    Growing up this was one of my and my friends favorite games we would spend hours on it and alternate to other gc games. The games are highly collectible and you can see with the prices of games 16+ years old. Thanks for selling!

    One of the best Digimon games

    Funny, with balanced characters... also, the graphics this time are really good for the console generations they were made- XBox, PS2, GC. Wish Bandai do a third Rumble Arena someday.
