Arrived early, mostly as described but it must have got damaged in between pictures and packing, as the pictures didn't show any damage. Contacted the seller and they were very understanding. Offered to either fully refund and send back or to keep and get a partial refund. I opted for the latter as the damage is easy enough for me to fix. Lovely seller, would happily buy from them again :)

This seller was very friendly, communicative, responsive, kind and accommodating. The figurine was packaged very carefully and arrived safe and sound, in perfect condition. It is also an absolutely beautiful figure and will make a much cherished part of my collection! :) While the figure did arrive a week later than estimated, it was coming all the way from the UK to Canada and I recognize this was not the seller's fault!! The seller shipped very quickly; it was the post that was a bit slower.
