The RDXV60 is a 3-in-1 digital-ready DVD, HDD and VHS recorder, making it ideal for those who still have large tape collections or want to transfer old footage to DVD. It features a 320GB hard drive and Freeview+ option, which gives access to up to 50 digital channels without subscription, as well as allowing you to pause and rewind live TV and record an entire series, via series link.     An OK product if you can master it.

    We purchased this item because we still wanted to record certain programmes on to VHS tapes, which we can still play on our main TV, even though we now only receive digital signals. It does this perfectly well, and I have tried recording to HDD and DVD, also with good results. I am sure that we have much more to learn from the use of this machine, but it is my fear that the advances in technology are outstripping the ability of the increasingly number of more elderly members of the population who need to use it.

    Great value for the money.

    I bought this to replace an ancient dvd recorder and so far it has proved easy to use and makes excellent recordings to both the hard disk and dvd. The ability to record from vcr tape to dvd is a real bonus and produces excellent images. It beats the recording quality made on my old recorder, which I accept was eight years old and well past its sell by date. all in all a very good buy.

    Really pleased with our purchase

    We have had a lot of trouble with previous Toshiba recorders that we have purchased, so didn't have high expectations, but so are we are really pleased with our purchase.

    VERY VERSATILE AT A GOOD PRICE

    An excellent product that combines 3 machines into one. I particularly like to record onto the hard drive, which has a huge capacity. Loads of other features.

    Replacement controller

    I am pleased with the controller I received and it works well. The only minor fault is, it is not made clear that the volume control does not work. This does not become apparent until you open the package. Otherwise fine
