The item was shipped in time, average packed. The description was not exact, stand leg of the radio was broken, the radio tunes to 13-15kHz shifted frequencies in AM and all SW bands. VAT tax 21% for the import to EU was calculated upon ebay payment (payed), the transmission of IOSS code along with the shipping number failed. That's why shipment was redirected to customs in EU and VAT tax was calculated above. So I've paid 24,99EUR above eBay calculated price for this item. Who responsible?
