I received the item...Trakk Massager on 3/14/24. I immediately plugged it in! It doesn't turn on at all! I'm very disappointed! I expect a full refund without me having to pay shipping charges to return this item. The box was torn up. The cord was wrapped in a rubber band. This product IS NOT NEW LIKE YOU DESCRIBED!
