I received the motherboard in good shape but the manual was missing. I contacted the seller and was told to contact Gigabyte for any problems. I sent an email to Gigabyte and I'm still waiting for a response. It's not Antonline's fault that the manual was absent from my box but, now I need a receipt from the seller and the serial number from the motherboard. A lot of steps....that's why I usually buy all my stuff from Amazon. Much simpler and faster....;)

Terrible experience, I asked them to resend the item and what they did is return the money, they don't care that Fedex doesn't deliver, I was attentive to the delivery and the package never arrived, I gave notice and they didn't care, they only sent the same speech without solution.
