Kefir arrived, not very well packed in sealed thin plastic bag. Just a smear of goo inside the bag - not well presented at all. Have washed out the bag with milk and hope that it will grow ok - have my doubts. Seller could certainly do much better. A bit disappointing overall.

Not seller's fault but the post office botched delivery and charged underpaid postage despite the item clearly having large letter stamp (which they scribbled through so it couldn't be used again) this meant the post office held onto the grains for over a week. However with the seller's help I was able to reactivate them (I used organic soy milk with maple syrup to feed the grains) and it worked great. I can't in all conscience penalise the seller for the PO mistake so have given 5*s all round.
