    Awesome router, simple to hook up. I’d recommend for anyone who games or has a lot of wireless devices in their house. Range is solid, I get signal all through my 1/4 acre property.

    Don't do it

    Worked for one month then all the sudden would not pick up a signal from the gateway. Called Linksys and 2 hours and 30 minutes later of troubleshooting with agent they finally determined that the router was defective. It was a total pain in the you know what. Steer clear and runaway fast

    Ping Rate Lower

    It's working well so far. I used to have ping and glitch issues on Fortnite, but have had none since installing this router. I've done Internet speed/ping tests before with old router and with this Linksys router. Download/upload speed have increased and ping value is lower. All positive rates!

    Bufferbloat beast

    With this router combined with DD-WRT installed, I was able to reduce buffer bloat by 90% on my horrid optimum line using FQ_CODEL. I would highly recommend this product as even the stock firmware reduces buffer bloat significantly. I was able to achieve an A+ on DSLreports buffer bloat tests after DD-WRT. If you are a gamer and need the LOWEST and most RELIABLE connection, then look no further because this router is for you!
