One glass arrived in good condition, but the other had chips in the glass rendering it unusable and also had production defects of the print which were not disclosed in photos or description. Seller was very dismissive and basically just said at least they didn’t break in the post overseas. Absolutely no attempt to own up to deficient photos/description or work out the issue. Paid like $35 for a single usable glass. Disappointing experience from buyer perspective.

SIR, Here are the facts. You Paid 2.99 GBP for 2 Disney glasses from 1995 or a whole £1.50 per glass. Most of your £35 was ebay postage to the USA which isn't my concern. You turned down a refund due to postage costs; again not my problem. Both glasses were pictured in the advert and you still chose to buy. 'Production defects' are surely Disney issues and not mine. I sold them but did not make them. Ebay was so much better when the 'something for nothing' brigade hadn't joined.
