Kinnear makes this film great. Worth a watch
Greg Kinnear is so damn believable. I watched him on Talk Soup for years, I just can't get over how every time he's in something I get lost in the character. That aside, I think the message is don't settle for anything but the truth, and that fact that his motivation is his kids. This is a film to watch with the kids. Robert Kearns [the guy in real life] is an American hero, and his little small voice prevails and that is simply inspirational. The movie follows how Kearns gets his invention stolen by the auto industry, and then how he fights back and yes... the best part... wins. its so sad that the GM's and Fords or the world treat inventers and people with good ideas this way. With Millionaire salaries at the top, they have forgotten who buys their products. Its us poor, working mid class people. And sometimes we do have very good ideas. Why make us poorer?
