    The Ipad 2 - You will know you missed it as soon as you buy it!

    This gadget deserves every credit for it's excellent user experience, quality feel and build as well as one-ahead-of-the-followers OS. I used Apple computers since back in -91 for work and have always had a soft spot for the brand. It is true that other makes may be better featured and so on but overall experience is superb for a piece of equipment this price. Apple antagonists will tell you it is lacking ports like HDMI, and web surfers can occasionally bump in a website with no way around the lack of Flash. HDMI can be sorted via adapter and HTML5 will soon mean the old-ish and quite processor heavy Adobe flash a thing of the past. If you can get one do so, bearing in mind there will be a new one around soon and this may lead to price drops - certainly in the second hand market. Enjoy!

    Brilliant bit of kit

    I will say right now you are not going to get an indepth review from me. What I will say is that we are in the 59/60 age bracket so the technical stuff goes over our heads. The good news is we found the whole experience with our ipad such a real delight. It's easy to set up and use, we can use it on the sofa, in bed (you know those times just before you go to sleep you say I wonder where you can get a whatever and how much it would cost - well out comes the ipad - you buy what you want and you get a good nights sleep), and we can even take it out with us for the evening. My husband has become quite addicted, he has his whole year planned on the calendar and he is always looking things up. As far as we are concerned its an absolutely brilliant bit of kit, we highly recommend it.

    Very happy with purchase and use the device EVERYDAY

    I'm very happy with my purchase. The device has exceeded my expectation. I am writing this on a bluetooth keyboard connected to my Ipad and it is working perfectly. The AppStore is really approaching a tipping-point where consumer and corporation can find an use apps to enable them to do the things they want to do. Remote desktop clients, calendars, spreadsheets, productivity tools now sit among games, photography, video and Social Media tools. When senior business leaders have decided that ipads have a place in the enterprise, the ipad will be THE ubiqutous productivity and entertainment tool of our generation!

    now you know why other people are apple nuts

    As soon as you open the outer packaging and you get to the Ipad box you quickly want to open it. Yet the box is so beautiful, you are careful with it. making sure to cut the cellophane from the inner box to outer box, so majority of the cellophane is still wrap around the white box. any other product the wrapping would be discarded without a second thought. Just from the packaging, the care of the detail, the design the look and feel, you know you wont be disappointed. Once you you open the the box, you have Ipad in your hand, you hear the cliche, its piece art. when you have it in your hand you think this is a piece of art. so you tried to turn it on, not so obvious if you not used an Apple product, so you fumble around being extra careful. Your thinking this looks so beautiful, but ...

    really good for emails ect,

    get on really well with my ipad & thought it was good value for money,can browse the internet check emails & generally go on a variety of sites download different apps,great to carry round light & very easy to use,overall very pleased with purchase..
