    Sony MZN505

    This thing is super neat. It's a technology I've always been interested in and couldn't afford back in the 90s, but finally I got the opportunity to take the plunge and I am glad I did. The player looks fantastic, it plays well and has all the features I need in it. You can record, transfer mp3s if you want and even use an optical input on it. It's really convenient and I don't like using my phone for music. Streaming is something I see as...impure. It's too convenient in my opinion. I like waiting for things to transfer or a CD to burn. It makes you care more about what you're putting on that disc or tape. I'm very happy with this player and don't see it breaking down anytime soon. Good ole Sony making quality products!

    Of the 3 different MD player/recorders, and 1 player that I have, this one is the best. Of the 4 various models, this one is the most enjoyable because it never skips. In my opinion, as soon as there is a skip or unintended pause in the music, the experience is totally less enjoyable (no matter how cool the device looks, or how lightweight it is, how many features it has, etc.).

    Portable mini disc player recorder.

    This is a solid performer. I liked minidisc from the beginning. I still do. You have to understand what minidisc can do to fully appreciate it. If its your hobby, its up there with the best hobbies around.

    Great portable

    This is a great portable unit. It has 3 speeds for recording and playback. It will take a bit to get used to the controls because they need to be accessed from other menus. But it plays back and records great.
