Charged $35 for shipping when actual shipping was $20 per label. Shipped two bundles of cards in penny sleeves loose in a bubble mailer with no cardboard or other protection. Some were damaged during shipping due to two bundles being able to move against each other. Described as NM with most stickers having roller marks on the front surface. Given their response to my messages, definitely not worth the risk and hassle to send cards back for full refund even though that is what was warranted.
