This product was delivered folded and tightly wrapped in bubble wrap on Saturday. This caused kinks in the tubing. I went to shop today (Monday) and they cannot use it due to the kinks. The part is on backorder with Ford with no ETA. When I contacted seller, I was told that I can partially be refunded. I should be getting full refund due to product arriving damaged. Now, I will have to search again for this part, which will cause further delay in fixing vehicle.
