Extremely satisfied. Got a very quick and friendly response to a question I had before purchasing the. bowl. Bowl arrived sooner than expected, was very well wrapped and exactly as described. I love the Pier 1 bread Bowl and would feel comfortable buying from this vendor again. I gave a low rating on shipping because I don't like to pay separate shipping costs ever. Why can't vendors add it to the amount that are charging for items as a cost of doing business. Just my own little quirk.
