Item received as described. Wished as a "new" item it would have included the box, but no biggie I guess. The box wasn't advertised, so my fault not catching that. Shipped quickly but got delayed in shipping, not sellers fault there. Although I did send a couple messages to seller, and had no replies or followup. My dad worked for Stanley tools for 40+ years, so I bought this for my Christmas village. It's a bit bigger than I expected, but imma gonna make it work!😉

This seller is just awesome. The N scale engine I got was NOS. It didn't run so I sent him an email. He said try oiling it and clean it up. When I took it apart it was super clean, so I oiled it, and all the gears turned smoothly. I put it back together. It still didn't run. I emailed him back and he said he would send me a refund and to keep the engine and tinker with it and maybe I could get it to run. Very nice of him to do this. His shipping was super fast. Super seller +++++++++++++++++++++
