Packed in too small a box with insufficient packing and arrived busted up in shipping. Less than 1 inch of soft flimsy foam between lens shroud protrusion and box - item is heavy and cut through the foam and broke up. Seller blamed shipping company and claimed it was packed thick, refused to take responsibility insufficient packing even though I sent ample photos.

We pack our boxes very thick with foam. We also pack our boxes with bubble wrap if necessary. Buyer got very unlucky with the shipping company and the unit got damaged. The item was also nearly 30 lbs. Shipping companies of the recent have been either A: losing our packages or B: destroying our packages. So apologies if the people moving our boxes destroyed your package, there is nothing we can do about it.
