Item was very clearly described as "hardcover" when it is in fact a trade paperback.
Shipping was fast and item is very clearly new. But it is absolutely not a hardcover book, which is the whole reason I purchased it here and not elsewhere.
The seller rating was 100% positive so I glossed over the fact that returns were not accepted when ordering. Big mistake.
