The item was exactly as described. The seller ALSO packed my item in a BONUS/FREE carry tote and wrapped it in a blanket and newspaper to protect it during shipping. There was a hiccup with my order that was out of the sellers control. My item and MANY others were severely delayed by USPS. The seller asked me to request a refund and told me to keep the product if/when it should ever arrive. The communication and customer service was AMAZING. I would highly recommend this seller.
