Item described as "Brand New" but arrived with a damaged dust jacket. No pictures of the actual item were included in the listing. Contacted seller and provided pictures of the damage. No resolution was offered. Would have used the eBay Money Back Guarantee and returned it if it hadn't been intended as a Christmas gift. Very disappointed. Second time leaving negative feedback in 18 years of buying on this site. Will not buy from this seller in the future.
