Seller never shipped the item. It has been over a week. Seller also did not respond to my message

The description was completely accurate. The box was sealed in factory plastic like you would expect. It was shipped and arrived very quickly. I would note that there was no shipping box or material beyond the product box itself. Just a label slapped on. This was enough for it to get here safely I suppose, but in general I prefer the product box to be protected and kept nice right along with it's content. I'd certainly buy from again, but would ask to pay more for some shipping materials.

My commentary about the packaging seems harsh. Disregard my nitpicking. This is a good seller.

Received 4 units promptly and in good condition! 1 was missing, as I had ordered 5 units! Received quick communication from the seller after making him aware of the issue. He offered to send another Model or to refund for the missing unit. He did his best to make amends for the mix up which I think was not his mix up but rather the shipper (UPS)!
