      It works great!

      The problem I had is mine came without the promised USB cable. I had another USB cable from my other HP printer that quit working. I used that everything seemed fine but I kept getting a reading that their was no USB cable attached. I finally rebooted , went online and downloaded everything I needed to set this up from the HP website. As soon as that was installed I tried printing, works perfectly! Please be sure you have a USB cable that comes with it(it was promised in my Ebay purchase) but was not there. I don't need some fancy printer this is compact. lightweight and great for my everyday needs.

      Would not interface to the driver

      The printer printed nicely doing a self test. But would not work with my computer after loading the selected HP driver. After multiple attempts, trying every know variable, I called in the Geek Squad. After two hours, even they could not fix the problem. I got a differnt type of printer and it worked just fine out of the box.

      Good quality...better have your own printer cable though

      I've had this printer for a couple of months now and it works great. The documents printed print out quickly and look great. The reason why I didn't rate it 5 stars was because for one, it didn't come with a printer cable. As a consumer, you would assume that if you buy a printer, it would come with everything you need. Thankfully, I happen to have found one at home. Other than that, installation was easy and I really like this basic but useful printer. Its exactly what I was looking for.

      Good printer, but not an easy set up

      This printer is everything I wanted. Small, basic, and reliable. The only problem is that it took my boyfriend and I several hours to set up. To be fair, we are no good at this kind of thing, but I feel like it should have been easier.

      A nice little Printer

      This is an adequate printer for my basic needs. It prints very fast. The text looks fine, too. It is very light, and at a good price. It also shipped out very quickly, and I received it in a timely fashion, as well. The only thing I don't care too much for with this printer, is that it is very noisy. Other than that, I would recommend this product.
