    This is the worst seller I have ever bought from on ANY platform. They sent me a broken product and refuse to initiate a full return. Then they shamed me for choosing to buy from them rather than new from Amazon. The product I purchased no longer exists new; I was looking for gently used and still functioning. Now they are telling me to send them photos of me smashing the product with a hammer rather than accepting a regular return. eBay needs to protect their customers from sellers like this.
