    Works great!

    This is an excellent tape for people who have difficulty falling asleep. It is very relaxing and helps to clear a person's mind to set the stage to sleep. I sometimes use it when I wake up during the night and can't return to sleep. If works every time. I have worn out 3 of these tapes and will continue buying them because they really work.
