Item was very well packed with lots of bubble wrap and he even placed a fragile sticker on the box at my request. The item itself is exactly what was pictured, though I will say it had an issue with the keyboard when I got it, it was easily fixed and it's just part of buying old electronics. PLZ put clear tape on shipping label bcz it arrived soaked from rain and falling off.
