I give a 4 because this was the 3rd one i purchased and all 3 arrived damaged; not due to seller's packing but to way Kohler has packed them. Thank goodness damage on this was able to be repaired by a blacksmith. Seller worked with me for a partial refund as well. Disappointment was he didn't add additional packing as I requested nor extend an apology for not adding. Great communication & fast shipping. Good seller.

    I am very pleased with my lpurchase

    This is a used voice recorder and it is over the age that olympus will do any repairs however it was a replacement for the same model and it seems to be in good working order so far.
