    Bad quality

    Bought it cause it was the cheapest, well it was cheaply made that’s why it was the cheapest. I should have just bought a K&N or AFE or Volant from the start. After inspecting the air intake tube I can see bad welding where if you touch it some of the beads would come off. The time and money for return shipping is not worth it. Just buy yourself a good name brand. In the end I settled with a AFE Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake System w/Pro 5R Filter and I’m happy with it especially the quality.

    Was looking for deeper sound

    Was hoping for a deeper sound . Gas mileage on 2017 Silverado was 19.4 highway so about 1.5 mpg improvement. Definitely look inside for welding splatter and shavings from milling by MAFS sensor as others have said . I used a file to clean that up
