How does it smell?
Every cologne has its own scent and every nose interprets this scent in its own way. That being said, this is how I smell this cologne. The top notes: minutes after first spray you are carried into a spiced-vanilla field, held together by wax. This waxy scent lingers a bit too long, like walking down a cheap candle isle. But the wax does fade and opens into the mid notes during the draw down. After 15 min of dry time this cologne can finally reveal its true meaning. Deep earthy woods, subtle spice and a vanilla finish really draw the compliments out. Hidden smoke and orange poke through as the events to me. This is where the cologne shines best, and these scents are the ones where you want to smell over and over. It finishes quietly, slowly drifting away leaving only trace vanilla ... I don't trust anyone who sprays cologne on skin and expects longevity and balance (bacteria and sweat alter cologne fragrance, and most people stink!) This cologne has about a 6 hr spray life in active life but scent can last 12 hrs plus on most days. Great cologne for collection, and if it's a discount price its worth a try. You get a lot of this cologne so you don't have to ration it out like many top end brands. Women seem to really enjoy it!! Often they pull close just to smell and compliment.

The formula is ALL WRONG!!
I travel for work. This used to be my favorite scent. I got home from abroad, and within a couple days, left again, taking my new bottle of insurrection with me to use. When I opened it up and sprayed it. It smells NOTHING like the cologne that I love. It smells like rubbing alcohol, and I definitely don’t want that scent to linger. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I am 6,000 miles from home. And now have to buy another product from someone else in another country just to get by, and not satisfied at all. Horrible quality this time!!!I travel for work. Another Bang for the Buck. Spicy Fragrance
Pleasant smelling product....similar to more expensive fragrances - just doesn't last as long or project as well. For about $20 it's worth every penny. Attractive packaging and bottle as well. Welcome addition to my collection. Reminds me of "spice Bomb" but much more affordable.
