    Item has arrived on time,in small bag with 2nd class Large letter stamp on it-which does not cost £3.20 as listed. When I approach seller he/she replied he/she did pay £3.20. There is two ways to refund money to the buyer PayPal and P&P discount refund,but seems like this buyer does not like refund you your money.Sad.
