When I updated these my package had been delivered at 14:25. The proof of delivery showed it outside a neighbours house leaning on a bin. It was now 22:45 I ran outside and luckily my package was still there. Couriers fault for delivering to the wrong address. Had the seller updated the tracking number as it was coming from China. We explained to the customer the tracking numbers are correct, it was only the Evri website that was not updating, not the tracking numbers. These came from a warehouse in Europe, very unusual feedback as spoken at length with the customer regarding this, and helped, as we always do, in locating the parcels, again not our issue but we went out of our way to help and parted on good terms, very odd then when we pleasantly resolved the issue quickly and late at night, that is what we do, always
