The seller agreed to the return for a refund, but when I showed the receipt for the return charges to be included in the refund, I was completely ignored. The seller is responsible for selling items as described. This was listed as new, there was no mention of any discoloration or stains on any part of the item. Customer requested a return for it with “Ordered by mistake” as reason for return and a comment: “Changed my mind”. When customer found out he’s paying for return shipping he closed the return and tried to open a new request citing a different reason, but eBay didn’t allow him. We still accepted the return and issued a full refund as a courtesy although he returned it in a different condition.
