For a product at this price this is ridiculous. However, the seller was responsive in the issue and gave me the option for a refund. However, these were a gift so a refund wouldn’t really help solve the issues. I ended up just going to an optometrist who ordered the correct screws free of charge. You could have returned the item back for a refund in a case of any defects I understand it happens, but you chose not to which leads me to believe that the refund request that came from you was an attempt to just get the money back without returning the item.
