But the bigger issue is that it didn't mention that it is a European 220v plug. So it is completely useless in the US without a converter. The only one I have found so far is $80 and very large and clunky. I am very disappointed in this product. I am not making a comment on the seller as they may not have known that that is an issue but US buyers should be aware.

The item is from Europe and the plug would not have worked here in the states, so make sure to check that before buying from out of the country.
