    I was unaware there were issues as the foil seal was intact when the item was shipped. I suspect maybe the item became damaged while shipping, temps have been very cold, perhaps the item froze during shipping, if so, I can file a case with the carrier. I would like to resolve this negative feedback and request some further details. Reaching out to find a solution before leaving negative feedback would have been ideal. But it is not too late to open a case with the shipper if needed.
