It was a different model BUT this seller has gone out of their way to make this OK. I am actually impressed with the professionalism of them and their shipping and refund on this one in particular. I am supposed to be getting the right one in via FedEx any day now and their shipping is fantastic. (Especially since they don't use USPS).

The product they sent was an old model and was damaged. This was to be a gift to someone for Christmas, it’s very frustrating to have a seller lie about their listing. The box was very damaged but and they tried to tape it back together rather than pack it in a solid box. Then when I requested a refund I had to try and figure out how to repack it in a damaged box and haul it to a fed-ex stor

I would happily work with the seller again however, through no fault of the seller, the item was shipped via FedEx and they have to be the single worst shipping company I have experienced.
