Seller then contacted me by phone and apologized and said they would ship another. That never happened. The seller then called me back again and apologized and asked us to trash the monitor and we would get a refund right after the call. NOW the seller is telling us to ship the item back for the refund AFTER they called and asked us to trash it and would be refunded.Reply from: uniqueequipmentresale- Feedback replied to by seller uniqueequipmentresale.- Feedback replied to by seller uniqueequipmentresale.Serving eBay customers since 2012 with honesty.
