    Perfect for our WISP application! We highly recommend them!

    We purchased these refurbished Cisco units to use in our Network Operations Center for our WISP business in Texas to replace existing Ubiquiti switches. The Ubiquiti switches were supposed to deliver 300mb/s throughput but would only muster about 75mb/s and no one at Ubiquiti could tell us how to get them to operate at their rated output. So, we found these Cisco switches on ebay from Vibrant Technologies and we thought we would give them a try - and boy are we glad we did! They are working perfectly and provide incredible throughput and don't give us any trouble! Just what we needed!

    Good switch, older IOS

    24 POE, Gbps ports, Layer 3 capabilities and all for $175 isn't a bad deal at all. Switch version is 12.2 and no crypto (ssh, etc...) so those were downers. But not a deal breaker. Also stacking port #2 on the back of the switch has a noticeable dent on the socket, and hope it doesn't interfere with stacking in the future. But I don't want to deal with return and replace, etc... Overall, for the cash spent, I'm satisfied and got what I needed to support a small church and its WAPs and future IP Cameras.

    Great PoE Switch at a Great Price!!

    I bought this switch to use for a home security camera system. All cameras are PoE so this was a Great deal at a Great price! Came ready to go. Because it sits behind a Meraki Security Appliance there was no need for any switch configurations. Able to connect all my network devices and PC's as well. Highly recommended.

    Great very good performance for the price

    If you don’t want to spend a lot of money and want a really good switch, You really can’t go wrong with buying a used Cisco switch. They always work really good versus the cheap low-end consumer grade switches. This is a commercial grade switch and it’s also used by telephone companies.
