        Old out-of-date information

        I blame myself for this monumental disappointment. I did not look at the printing date (1993). I was looking for some family favorites made the WW way but most of these recipes were never favorites in our home or anyone I knew. Of course, you are without the current counting methods but the choices are my major complaint. Just not appetizing. I would not waste my money even tjough my price was minimal in the greater scheme of things.

        A favorite old WW cookbook.

        I downsized too much a year ago and this book was gone. Now I want it back. It's based on the WW plan I lost 45# on in 1995 (when we counted breads, etc) and I love some of the recipes I've missed. The Fritatta is the best. My late husband loved when I cooked WW recipes and this book has many favorites.
