    Excellent Cookbook

    Many excellent plant-based, healthy recipes, especially mushroom soup concentrate and cream of celery concentrate...both enhance many of my recipes. Hans Diel is a leading expert in plant based eating. We are excited to see many moving to a whole plant food diet for their health and for a more compassionate world.

    It was not very inspiring.

    The book itself was very bent on the hard covers. The content had more sugar than I wanted in my plant base recipes. Only could a few soups I will try.
