      Item was brand new and pictures accurately portray what I received. Adapter and mic were already paired and booted up normally after being charged. Battery life is great; I've used it for about four 12 hour shifts and no problems. Voice quality is excellent. I haven't tried to connect the bluetooth transmitter to headphones from a Motorola radio but I have no doubt that it would work. Only drawback was waiting 15 days for shipping from China, but that is totally out of their control.

      Bluetooth mic worked for 2 days them it would not reconnect contacted seller for support but no help would not get any help at all even sent him my email to send me info on how to fix still haven't received anything poor support
