However, since the photos of the screen were taken from far away, I could not see the cracks. When it arrived and I looked closer, it is obvious that there was a crack on the top left on the computer. I requested a refund, and the seller is doing anything to try and keep the money. I will definitely not let that happen and there is no possible excuse you could have for this. Will never buy from this seller again and do not recommend to anyone else.
