The saw is perfectly fine and in new condition as listed. I messaged the Seller about a week ago now and he still hasn't responded. Found in the neutral and negative feedback from several others he seems to no respond. I would have ordered elsewhere had I known he can't seem to send what he list. So a nice negative to help.
