    very happy with the printer

    Very good machine. I would recommend not using old paper it is a bit temperamental with reuse paper. The HP printer app work very well and gives easy control of the scan, print, fax functions.

    Poor purchase

    It was poorly boxed with very little foam pellets to protect it with, plus the foam pellets got wedged into the automatic feeder and had a hard time getting it cleaned out in order for it to work. It prints in black only, no color printing. This was a very poor purchase, wished I'd never bought it from these people. To much trouble to repack and send back. Learned my lesson.

    Bad printing

    After cleaning the print heads and aligning them, the color print is faded and spotty. Unacceptable print quality. Seller says he tested it. I contacted him to ask what kind of printing he conducted and have not had a reply. As far as I'm concerned, it was a sham and he won't own up to it.

    does 98% of the stuff a 8000 series does at half cost.
