I like the 3.0 screen and the 360 flip it has plus you can have the screen flipped open and stuck to the side of the camera pretty sweet. cons not so good in low light. battery could go a bit stronger but all in all nice camera

    Easy to use with great features

    This is an inexpensive camera but the videos are terrific! I really like it a lot and am pleased with my purchase. I like that its lightweight and easy to handle. I also like having the option of using another microphone if I want. I also like the fact that I could add a wide screen angle lens to it too. It was easy for me to understand how to use the camera. However, I am still trying to learn how to upload my video to my computer.

    Good inexpensive camcorder

    The camcorder is easy to use. My 9 year old learned how to use it herself within minutes of picking it up. It has some special effect features. The video quality is good. We use it for family events and church video.

    Vixia HF R600

    Very good image quality, fantastic zoom and excellent color/white balance. Stills are better than my bargain basement smartphone. The only minor drawback is that the HDMI output resolution is automatic and not selectable through menu, a feature that would be great for those who wish to record externally.
