Because it was packaged in a protective envelope, it arrived in the New condition it was described to be, and in sonic time. Both the post of the oh so wonderful photograph and the shipping cost were nominal and worth every penny - a bargain, indeed! I certainly recommend buying from Trains and Railroads, as I would certainly do it again.
