        I've Had Good Results!

        I have had major problems with sleep now for at least the last 7 or 8 years and I occasionally take Generic Ambien. I had an 11-7 job for a couple of years and it screwed up my system so bad that I was unable sleep normally no matter what I did. A normal bedtime for me was maybe 4:00 AM and I'd sleep till Noon or 1:00 PM and I hated it. The first time I took SeroVital I went to bed at 10:30 PM and I slept until 8:00 AM and so far it is not a fluke. I have normal sleeping hours again and feel much better. I'm definitely going to keep taking it just for the benefits of having a normal sleep schedule again. It's so much worth it!!

        Serovital

        The instruction to take 4 capsules after 2 hours of no food followed by 2 more hours of no food/drink was too difficult for an 80 year old woman to follow. So I cannot rate the effectiveness of Serovital.

        Too many restrictions

        Hard to take consistently as there are too many restrictions on the time before & after meals when you can take them!
