I sent a note to the seller that if the book was a different edition to please not send it. Very promptly, they sent multiple pictures and messages confirming the quality/edition. The book arrived wrapped in cardboard and bubble wrap and in pristine condition - a like for like replacement. Very pleased with my experience and had a competitive rate. They got back to me immediately to confirm, and I received the item a few days after making the purchase and the condition was just as described in the listing. The item was received damaged and there was nothing inside the box it was placed in to cushion it's transportation. I spent almost $51 and seller did not want any responsibility. I sent pictures. A few more messages back and forth after calling (no chat customer service on Ebay anymore!!) and opening a return request, they finally gave half my money back that I was asking for.
