Her packaging was very good, I liked that she was in a sandwich bag and then wrapped in bubble wrap; it gave her extra protection. She came as she was described, her hair was perfect (and very soft to my surprise) and she didn't have any marks on her. She doesn't quite smell like coconut anymore, but that isn't an issue for me. She was made 21 years ago after all. I give this a 10/10.

Shipped quickly, was wrapped well in bubble wrap, once received, was exactly what I was looking for and priced well.
