Thank you for being a good seller. The drives themselves work very well and was fast but it conflicted with our raid controller. they look new and was packaged very well and the price was phenomenal

The drive itself was DOA, however customer support responded to my RMA request quickly and gave me a return shipping label free of cost. I received a full refund after 24 hours of the drive being returned to their offices and inspected. I have purchased multiple HDD from this seller, this is the one and only time I had issues with the HDD I received.
